These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Education Management System (“the System”), which is developed by Mekfeya Financial Technology PLC for Flipper International School. By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Eligibility

The System is intended for use by students, parents, teachers, and authorized staff of Flipper International School. Users must have valid credentials provided or approved by the school. Children may use the system only under the supervision of their guardians or school representatives.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Do not share your account or access with unauthorized users.
  • Notify the school immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the System, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful, academic, and school-related purposes.
  • Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its services.
  • Not upload or distribute any offensive, harmful, or copyrighted content.
  • Respect the privacy and rights of other users.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and intellectual property within the System remain the property of Flipper International School and/or Mekfeya Financial Technology PLC. You may not reuse or distribute any materials without proper authorization.

5. Termination of Access

Flipper International School reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

6. System Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the System, but we do not guarantee continuous uptime. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The System is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the System.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the System after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
